WHO ARE WE?

The Merivale Gardens Community Association (MGCA) is a volunteer organization serving the residents of this Ottawa, Ontario community. It is bordered on the north by West Hunt Club Road, on the south by Slack Road, on the east by Merivale Road, and on the west by Woodroffe Avenue. There are approximately 160 homes in this neighbourhood.
 
As a community association, our purpose includes the following activities:
  • we organize annual events within the community to foster relationships among our residents;
  • we facilitate communication within the community through the maintenance of an email distribution list, and this web site;
  • we provide the means to unite and deal with matters of common concern.
 

EVENTS...

Sept 9, 2017 - CORN ROAST 
The annual corn roast is scheduled for Saturday, September 9. This is a free event for residents of Merivale Gardens. More details will be available closer to the event.
May 2017 - With the month of May also comes the annual Community Association dues collection, which is $10 per household.

Meet at the park @ 10:00 am to divide into work groups. Bring your gloves and your energy, and let's show our community pride! With lots of help we can make the task a lighter one.
